    It is scary,
    and it can hurt,
    and it can make you cry, and kick and scream,

    but it can also make you laugh,
    it can make you feel
    it can make you stronger, even when you think it is making you weaker.

    It can do all that and more.
    It is not easy, it is definitely not always fun,
    and it is very scary,
    but sometimes it is worth it.
